Apply 2 Attribute Anomalies
Zenless Zone Zero's Disorder is a special Attribute Anomaly that is activated by giving another Attribute Anomaly to an enemy that already has an Attribute Anomaly. It has a powerful effect, so if you have more than 2 types of Attributes in your squad you should always try to trigger it.
Accumulate Additional Damage and Daze
Zenless Zone Zero's Disorder maintains the additional damage of the Attribute Anomaly the enemy already had and also accumulates Daze. Unlike other Attribute Anomalies, you need to include a character with a different Attribute.

2 Characters of the Same Attribute + 1 Different Attribute
If you are aiming for a Disorder effect, it is most recommended to have two characters with the same Attribute and one character with a different Attribute who is good at giving Attribute Anomaly. If you have 3 different Attributes in your team, it will be difficult to apply an Attribute Anomaly so it is best to stick with two.
Agents with Anomaly Specialty
Enhance a character with an Anomaly Specialty to efficiently apply Disorder. Since the Anomaly Mastery value that affects the accumulation of Attribute Anomaly is high, you can apply Attribute Anomaly faster than other characters. Anomaly Proficiency is also high, so you can deal massive damage after applying Disorder.

In order to deal damage efficiently after applying Disorder, use a main attacker with a different Attribute from the Anomaly Specialty character.
Strengthen Anomaly Mastery
Increasing your character's Anomaly Mastery will make it easier to accumulate Attribute Anomaly, allowing you to apply Attribute Anomaly faster. Anomaly Mastery can be raised with the main status of a specific W-Engine or Drive Disc 6.

Activate Attribute Anomaly at the Same Time
When trying to apply Disorder, the second Attribute Anomaly is often too late to activate. Therefore, by building up the first Attribute Anomaly until just before it activates, you'll have more time to activate the second Attribute Anomaly to take advantage of the Disorder effect.
Best Team For Disorder
Shock + Freeze Disorder Ellen Team
Grace can Stun the enemy while trying to apply her Attribute Anomaly, then switch to Ellen to activate Disorder. Alternatively, Rina can support the team while applying Attribute Anomaly, then activate Disorder with Ellen.
