Expert Challenge & How to Unlock
Game Feature where you can collect Core Skill Materials
Expert Challenge is a challenge where you can earn Agent (Character) Enhancement Materials for their Core Skill. 1 attempt will consume 40 Battery Charge so choose the Boss that gives you the materials for the Character skill you want to level up.
Also Drops Master Copies
Completing the Expert Challenge will also reward you with Master Copies for Drive Discs. A Master Copy can be converted into a random Drive Disc at the Music Shop which is unlocked by progressing the story.
Progress Chapter 2 to Unlock Expert Challenge
Expert Challenge is unlocked by progressing Chapter 2. The player will receive a DM so follow the instructions and head to HIA Club.

There are 5 bosses that the player can challenge for the Expert Challenge. All of the bosses have additional abilities which the normal version doesn't have, so make sure to understand these abilities before challenging them.
Complete Agent Story to Unlock Typhon
5th Boss Typhon Slugger is unlocked after completing the Agent Stories for Soldier 11. The Agent Story requires the player to reach Inter-Knot level 24 to complete, so raise your Inter-Knot level first if you need to.

Dullahan is a special boss who will appear after 20 seconds into the battle. Defeating all the enemies before Dullahan appears will increase Daze by 20%, which will let you make runs more quickly.

Troublemaker has a special skill that increases its damage every time it is used. That Skill damage buff can be reset by applying Daze, so if you're having trouble dodging them, switch to a team to inflict Daze.

Armored Hati has high Anti-Interrupt while it has its armor and doesn't stop even when you attack it. In Expert Challenge, Daze buildup caused by Defensive Assist and Assist Follow-Up is doubled so try to apply Daze quickly to remove the armor.

Destroying the legs of the boss will effectively build Daze. However, Hans also has Daze resistance, so a high damage team with Soldier 11 is also effective.

Typhon Slugger is easy to apply Attribute Anomaly to. On the other hand, Typhon has Daze resistance, so try deal damage by applying Shock with Electric Agents.

The only rewards from Expert Challenge are the items the boss drops after the battle. Unlike Combat Simulation, there are no extra rewards such as rewards for consuming extra Battery Charge, so only do runs here when you need the items.
