Undefeated Champion
Lighter is an agent part of Sons of Calydon. He is self-proclaimed "undefeated" but comments such as "I admit there's no one he can't beat" from Lucy and "Even without cheers and applause," suggest he has some problems going on.
Uses Weapon Similar to Brass Knuckles?
In the pv, Lighter has a weapon that looks like Brass Knuckle or vambrace on his right hand. When the character becomes playable, he might be fist fight style with Stun type.
Can be Seen in the City
Lighter appears in the release PV and has been seen talking to the same faction member such as Piper in Lumina Square. Also, he might appear in Story Commission "Tour de Inferno" which mainly takes place outside the city.
