Points of No Return
Can't Change the Main Character's Gender
Once you have chosen the gender of the main character for Zenless Zone Zero, you will not be able to change it. Whichever you choose the storyline will not change, and both characters will appear in the game so choose the character that you like the most.
Enhancement Materials Disappear Once Used
Once you have used the enhancement materials for characters or W-Engines, you will not be able to get them back. Focus on strengthening the characters you use often so you don't let any materials go to waste.
Birthdays Chosen Can't be Changed
The birthday that you set in your profile can't be changed once you enter it. Even if you enter a wrong date by accident you will not be able to fix it and will only be able to 'Hide your Birthday' so be careful.
Can't Change Server and Move Data
Data cannot be migrated to other servers in Zenless Zone Zero. If you start playing on a different server, the game will start from the beginning.
Multiplayer Possible Only on the Same Server
Multiplayer is only possible between players on the same server. If you want to play with friends, decide on the server you want to play in advance.
Update Times Vary Depending on the Server

For Asia servers, the server resets is at 5:00AM JP Time. Please note that if you are on a different server, the update time will also change.
Features that Can be Changed
User Name can be Changed Several Times
You can change your username in Zenless Zone Zero from the Edit Info section. However you cannot change it frequently, so if you change it, you need to wait for some time before changing it again.
Change Difficulty of the Main Story

The difficulty level of Zenless Zone Zero's Main Story can be changed from Menu > Options > Other. The rewards you receive will remain the same no matter which difficulty level you choose, so change it according to your play style.
Changing Devices
Zenless Zone Zero allows you to change the device you use by logging in with the same account. You can change it to whatever suits you so you can enjoy it on your PC at home or on your smartphone when you're out and about.
