PEN Ratio Ignores a Percentage of the Enemy's DEF
PEN Ratio is an effect that ignores the enemy's DEF by a certain percentage based on your own PEN Ratio. The PEN value increase with the enemy's DEF, making it particularly effective against powerful enemies like bosses.
PEN Ignores a Set Amount of Enemy's Def
PEN is an effect that allows you to ignore the enemy's DEF by your own PEN. Since you can ignore the opponent's DEF by the actual value of PEN, you can especially damage enemies with low DEF.
PEN Ratio is Generally More Effective
