Pre-Load Guide - How To Download

PC Pre-Download Guide

For PC, there are different ways to pre-download ZZZ. You can either download it directly from the website or you can download it from the Epic Games Store.

Download Directly From HoYoPlay

Players can opt to pre-download the PC version directly from HoYoPlay. This can be done by clicking the Download option in the Zenless Zone Zero site.

Download Via The Epic Games Store

Alternatively, players can also pre-download ZZZ from the Epic Games Store. However, this will require having the Epic Games Store launcher to be installed to be able to start the download.

Mobile Preload Guide

iOS

ZZZ for the iOS can be downloaded through the App Store. Take note that ZZZ is only available for iPhone and iPad for Apple devices.

Android

For Android, you can pre-download ZZZ from the Google Play Store. It's available across all Android Devices that runs Android 11.0 or later versions.

Playstation 5 Pre-Download Guide

Requires Buying The Pre-Order Bundle

For the Playstation 5, the pre-download is only available for players who have purchased the pre-order bundle in the PS Store. ZZZ will release as free to play, but the 9.99 USD pre-order bundle is required to download the game in advance. Otherwise, note that you will be able to download it for free once it is released on July 4.
