How to create and link your account in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ). See how to create a Hoyoverse account, how to link your account and play on multiple or different devices.
How to Register an Account
Tap Account Registration
You can register an account for Zenless Zone Zero from the login screen. This can be done by choosing the Register Now option.
Register Email Address and Password
Next, input your email address and password. Select "Send Verification Code" to complete the email and password registration. You will then have to enter the code sent to your email and agree to the Privacy Policy.
How to Log-In
There are five different ways to log into ZZZ. This can be through your email address, Facebook, Twitter (X), Google, and Apple. Log in with whichever you prefer.
How to Link Your Account
Log In With The Same Account
If you want to play Zenless Zone Zero on another device, simply log in with the same account. Your data will automatically sync so long as you log in your account.
Cannot Login Multiple Devices at the Same Time
You can use the same email address on multiple devices to log in, but you cannot play the game at the same time on multiple devices. If you log in using another device while playing the game, the game you were logged into first will return to the title screen.
Cannot Change Servers
It is not possible to tranfer your data to another server. If you choose the wrong server by accident, you cannot change it once you start the game so be careful when creating an account.
Do You Need Backups?
No Need For Personal Backup
There is no need to make a personal backup of your ZZZ account. The account data isa saved on the official servers, so even if you log out or change devices, you can continue to play without problems so long as you can log in again.
Data will not be Deleted
It is not possible to delete your data so you don't need to worry about losing progress. If you can't log in, double check your email address, password and server.
