How to Get & Use Residual Signals
Pull A-Rank or Higher Agent or W-Engine
Residual Signals can be obtained when a player pulls duplicates of A-Rank or Higher Agent or a W-Engine. When a player obtains a duplicate B-Rank W-Engine, they get a Fading Signal.

Residual Signal cannot be obtained when the player obtains the Agent or W-Engine for the first time. They can be obtained when you pull it when you already have one.
Exchange with Items at Signal Shop
Residual Signals can be exchanged at the Signal Shop for items such as Master Tapes. Residual Signals are not easy to get, so be cautious when exchanging them with an item.
