Prioritize Encrypted Master Tape

The best item you can get by exchanging Fading Signals are Encrypted Master Tapes. Encrypted Master Tape allows you to pull Exclusive Gacha so it is very valuable. Every month you can exchange a maximum of 5, so make sure to exchange them every month.

Master Tapes allow you pull the Permanent Gacha. Compared to the Encrypted Master Tape the priority is lower but it is a good deal. Get all the Encrypted Master Tapes you can, and if you don't have anything else to exchange it for then exchange them for Master Tapes.

Fading Signal can be obtained when you pull a B-Rank W-Engine you already have. When that happens, you can get 20 of them. If you get an A-Rank Character or W-Engine you already have, then you can get Residual Signals.
