Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) has many aspects to enhance. Prioritize enhancing Core Skills and Agent level first.
Agent Enhancement
Level Up
Leveling up agents will increase base HP, ATK, and other base stats. Agents can be leveled up by using the Investigator Log materials.
Requires Different Material after Unlocking Level Cap
To unlock the level cap for every 10 levels, the player needs Certification Seals that are appropriate for their level. Also, the level cap is determined by your Reputation.
▶How To Unlock Character Level CapEnhance Core Skill (Core Passive)
A Core Skill (Core Passive) is the skill marked with an alphabet, A-F. Enhancing them will upgrade Agent exclusive passive skills and is very powerful so make sure to prioritize enhancing them.
Enhance in order starting from A
The Core Skill has to be enhanced in an order from A to F and requires more materials as it progresses. The first slot (marked A) can be unlocked with just Dennys, so make sure to unlock it early in the game.
Skill Enhancement
Skills are a way to attack during combat. It depends on the Agent which ones are important, but prioritize enhancing the most frequently used skill.
Mindscape Cinema
Mindscape Cinema can be unlocked when you pull the same Agent multiple times from the Gacha to enhance the character. It gives new abilities to the Agents.
W-Engine Enhancement
Level Up
Leveling up the W-Engine will increase basic ATK among other stats. Leveling up requires items such as a Battery, Power Supply, and Module.
Material is Required to Unlock Level Cap
To unlock the level cap for every 10 levels, the player will need items called Components that are appropriate for their level. Also, the level cap is determined by your Reputation.
Ascension
Consuming the same W-Engine will enhance their Skill multiplier and other stats.
Drive Disk Enhancement
Farm Drive Discs
Drive Discs have random additional effects. You can farm Drive Discs by going to the Music Shop and doing runs to look for Discs with the best effects.
Late Game Content
Disc Farming should be the last enhancements you make, and is part of the late game content of ZZZ. It is not an effective way to enhance your equipment in the early game, so wait until the later stage of the game.
Level Up
Leveling up Drive Discs will increase the additional stats and random effects. Leveling up requires items called Plating Agents.
Farm Strong Drive Disks First
Leveling up the Discs can be done after farming the best Drive Discs. Player should prioritize enhancements in other ways, such as leveling up characters and W-Engines.
Bangboo Enhancement
Level Up
Leveling up your Bangboo will increase their stats. Enhancing them requires items such as a Software Patch, Module, or System Widget.
Material is Required to Unlock Level Cap
To unlock the level cap, the player needs Electrolyte and Transfer Liquid items. They can be obtained in Hollow Zero.
Logic Core Update
Logic Core Updates can be done when the player pulls a Bangboo they already own. There are no other uses for it so make sure not to forget the Logic Core Update when you pull a Bangboo you already own.
