How to Activate Assault and Flinch Effects
Accumulate Anomaly Buildup with Physical Attribute
By accumulating the enemy's Anomaly Buildup with Physical Attribute attacks, you can apply Flinch at the same time as Assault. The accumulated value is displayed on the right side of the enemy's HP bar, so if you are aiming for Assault/Flinch, be sure to check it before attacking.
Assault Interrupts the Enemy's Actions & Causes Large Physical Damage
Assault has the effect of interrupting enemy actions and instantly inflicting high physical damage.
Flinch Increases the Daze that Enemies Receive
Flinch increases the Daze that enemies receive for a certain period of time. If granted, attack aggressively and aim for Stun. Although "Flinch" is not displayed when it is applied, it will be applied at the same time as the Assault effect when activated.
Flinch State Lasts for about 10 Seconds while Daze Increases by about 5-10%
The duration of the Flinch state is approximately 10 seconds. Enemies in the Flinch state have parts of their bodies glowing orange. The Daze increase due to Flinch is about 5-10%.
How to Calculate Assault Damage
Assault Damage Depends on Anomaly Proficiency
The damage will be greater if a character with high Anomaly Proficiency activates Assault.
Assault damage depends on the Anomaly Proficiency value of the character who activated the assault. If a character with high Anomaly Proficiency activates Assault, the damage will be greater.Damage Changes Depending on the Proportion Given the Attribute Anomaly Value
When activating Assault, if you deal Physical DMG with multiple characters, the damage amount will vary according to their proportions. Comparing a case with one character who has high Anomaly Proficiency to a case with two characters—one with high Anomaly Proficiency and one with low—Assault damage will be lower in the latter case.

Add Two or More Characters With Physical Attribute
If you are aiming for Assault and Flinch, it is recommended to have two or more characters with Physical Attribute. Attributes differ depending on the character, so be sure to check the characteristics of the skills of the character you own.

Cultivate an Anomaly Specialty character to efficiently activate Assault or Flinch. Because the Anomaly Mastery number, which affects the accumulation efficiency of Attribute Anomaly, is high, you can accumulate Attribute Anomaly faster than other Specialty characters. Additionally, since Anomaly Proficiency is also high, the damage caused by Assault is greater.

We recommend supporting Assault or Flinch with Bangboo's Additional Ability and Skills. If you add Bangboo such as Bangvolver to the team, it can greatly increase Physical Attribute Anomalies, making it easier to activate Assault or Flinch.
Strengthen Anomaly Mastery
Increasing your character's Anomaly Mastery will make it easier to accumulate Attribute Anomaly, allowing you to grant Attribute Anomaly faster. Anomaly Mastery can be raised with the main status of specific W-Engine or Drive Disc VI.
