Collect Training And Enhancement Materials

Combat Simulation is a challenge where you can efficiently collect enhancement materials for Agents (characters) and W-Engines. In particular, it is difficult to obtain materials to ascend characters in other kind of challenges, so once you obtain a new character you can collect materials here.

Easy Access from Compendium

You can start Combat Simulation from the "Training" tab in your Compendium. You can skip walking there and having conversations at the reception desk, so it's a lot quicker to go there from the menu screen.

Consumes Battery Charge (Stamina)

In Combat Simulation, you earn rewards by consuming Battery Charge (Stamina). When your Battery Charge reaches 240, it will stop recovering automatically over time, so it is recommended that you use it up frequently before it reaches the limit.

How to Recover Battery Charge

Recover Charge with Coffee Once a Day

You can recover 60 Battery Charge for free once a day by drinking coffee at Coff Cafe Coffee Shop. The coffee boosts the amount of items you get after the challenge, but the effect differs depending on which one you drink, so choose according to the materials you need.

Obtain Certification Seals in Early Game

In the early stages, it is recommended to collect Certification Seals required to unlock the character's level cap. The item you need varies depending on the character's Specialty so be sure to check the required materials before beginning.

You can also farm Basic Materials

EXP materials and Dennys can be obtained in various places such as the Main Story and Errands, so their priority in Combat Simulation is low. If you have enough materials and stamina, prioritize using it on Dennys, as it has many uses.

Tips on How to Choose Enemies

Choose Only the Same Type of Enemies

When choosing the enemies in Combat Simulation, the trick is to have only one kind of enemy. This way, you don't have to worry about multiple Elemental weaknesses, and if they're the same enemy, you can finish the battle in one wave, so you can do rounds more efficiently in a short time.

Adjust the Number of Enemies

Adjust the number of enemy cards depending on the amount of materials you want. The more cards you have, the more stamina you consume, so if you want to enhance multiple characters at the same time, we recommend using one card to obtain different kinds of materials.

Select Enemy According to the Attribute

Each enemy has weaknesses tied to their Attributes. So in Combat Simulations where you can choose different enemies, it's easier to beat them if you choose an enemy that is weak against the Attribute your character has.
