When is Stamina Unlocked
Combat Simulation in Chapter 1 Intermission

Zenless Zone Zero's Stamina, can start being used from the middle of Chapter 1 (Intermission) at the Combat Simulation. Speak to Bertha at HIA and you will be able to open the VR Device and participate in Combat Simulation.
Stamina is Unlocked from the Beginning, but Can't be Used
Stamina itself is unlocked from the beginning of the game, but it can not be used at first. You need to progress the game until you unlock Combat Simulation.
How to Use Stamina (Battery)
Used in Combat Simulation
The best way to use Stamina in ZZZ is Combat Simulation. Combat Simulation will give you Enhancement materials for your characters as a reward on completing the quest. Each simulation is differentiated by the item that you can get so choose the quest you want the rewards for.
You can challenge it as long as you have stamina, so make sure to get materials there efficiently.
Consume 20 Stamina Per Card

In Combat Simulation, you can control the enemy cards by adjusting your own cards. 1 card will use 20 Stamina. Decide how many cards you need so you don't waste any Stamina.
Best Way to Use Stamina in Early Game
Collect Certification Seals in Promotion Training
The best way to use Stamina is in Promotion Training. After completing it you will get Certification Seals which are used to unlock the level cap for Agents. Collect Seals that are relevant for the Characters you are using.
Collect Components in W-Engine Modification Training
In W-Engine Modification training, you can collect Components. Specific Components will unlock the level cap of W-Engines. Choose the Components for the W-Engines that you are using.
How to Recover Stamina (Battery)
Recover 1 Every 6 Minutes
In ZZZ, you recover 1 Battery every 6 minutes. The cap is 240, so you can fully recover in 1 day.
Recover 60 Once Per Day at Coffee Shop
At the Coffee Shop, you can purchase Coffee which will recover Stamina by 60. You can only drink 1 coffee per day, but any coffee will heal 60. Don't forget to take it every day.
Recover 60 Using Polychromes

You can use Polychromes to recover Batteries. Every time you do this, it will require more Polychromes to recover Stamina again.
Use Items to Recover 60
By using the Item "Ether Battery", you can recover 60 Stamina. You can get them as a reward for example in New Eridu City Fund.
