Energy Regen & Generation Rate Effects
Energy Strengthens Special Attacks
Energy is required to strengthen the Special Attack, and can be stored up to 2 full gauges. Energy is not accumulated at the start of the battle, and when it accumulates above a certain level, it changes from gray to purple.

Energy consumption varies depending on the character. There are some that can be activated multiple times, and some that are consumed gradually while it's activated, so be sure to check the character's Special Attack details.
Accumulates Over Time (Automatic Recovery)
Energy accumulates over time during battle. By increasing your Energy Regen stat, you can increase the amount of energy you naturally accumulate.
Also Recovers when on Standby
Energy constantly accumulates during battle, even for characters that are on standby. Therefore, it is possible to use skills that require Energy if you keep dodging enemy attacks until you recover Energy.
Recover Energy by Attacking
Energy is also accumulated when hitting enemies with attacks. By increasing the Energy Generation Rate, it is possible to increase the amount of energy that can be obtained when an attack hits.
How to Increase Energy Regen & Generation Rate
Equip W-Engine
To increase Energy Regen & Energy Generation Rate, you can equip a W-Engine. Advanced Stats activate simply by equipping them, but there are certain requirements to increase the stat using the W-Engine effect. Be sure to know the W-Engine's effects so you can activate the buff.
W-Engine Tier ListIncrease Energy Regen with Drive Discs
Energy Regen can also be increased by using Drive Discs. It can be increased with a Drive Disc in Slot 6 which has the Energy Regen Base Stat. The 2-Piece set effect for Swing Jazz also increases Energy Regen.
