Reroll SS Tier Character

Lycaon	- Easy to use Stun character that charges power before unleashing a powerful attack - Can effectively apply debuffs to Stunned enemies - Long Anti-Interrupt/Invulnerable time is useful
Ellen	- Attack character that has high damage output and powerful combos - Great maneuverability with dashing and warp - Also great against weaker enemies with AoE attack and pulling enemies together

Reroll S Tier Character

Nekomata	- Attack character great at attacking multiple enemies - Can deal high damage right away using Quick Assist - There are no Physical support characters at this point so you will need to apply Assault buff
Grace	- Anomaly character with powerful ability to apply Shock status - Easy to perform combos with many combinations - You can also enhance the Shock effect and have all Agents of the same Attribute
Rina	- Support character that applies strong PEN Ratio Buff - Electric Attribute Additional Ability is also powerful - There are many characters of the same Faction/Attribute and can fit in any kind of team

Reroll A Tier Character

Koleda	- Stun character that can perform wide range attacks with low risk of taking damage - Easy to activate Defensive Assist - Higher stats when teamed with Ben
Soldier 11	- Attack character that deals high damage with enhanced Basic Attacks - Time it right and you can activate the enhanced attacks repeatedly - There are very few characters of the same Faction/Attribute making it hard to activate Additional Ability

Should You Reroll?

Rerolling is Possible but It Takes Time

In Zenless Zone Zero, rerolling is possible but it is not recommended because it takes a very long time for each attempt. Additionally, you will have to prepare a new email address for each reroll.

Guaranteed S-Rank Character Within the First 50 Pulls

In the standard gacha, the first 50 pulls have a 20% discount, and within those 50 Pulls, you are guaranteed to get one of the listed S-rank Agents. As you progress through the game, you can earn up to 100 character gacha pulls and 80 Bangboo gacha pulls. Therefore, it's recommended to focus on progressing the game rather than spending time on rerolling.

Reroll if You Really Want a Strong Character

If you absolutely want to start the game with a strong character, rerolling can be an option. However, as mentioned above, it takes a lot of time and effort since you need to prepare multiple email addresses for multiple accounts. Note that it will take some time and effort.

When to End Reroll

Aim for Ellen, Rina, or Grace hen Finish

Ellen	Rina	Grace

It is ideal to pull the most powerful ZZZ character Ellen, but there are only a few amounts that you can pull the Exclusive Gacha so it is very hard to aim for her. The regular available characters Rina and Grace are also powerful characters, so if you are able to pull one of the 3 then you can end the reroll.

Other S Rank Characters are also Strong

The other S Rank Characters also have powerful abilities. If you are able to pull an S Rank character then you can stop rerolling and it is recommended to start the game.

Don't have to Aim for A Rank

There are powerful ability A Rank characters, but you don't have to aim for rerolling for them. You are lucky if you get an A Rank character that works well with the S Rank characters so make sure to check each compatibility.

Don't have to Reroll W-Engine (Weapons)

In Gachas, not only do you get characters, but you get W-Engine (Weapons) as well. But the first super rare that appears in the permanent Gacha is always going to be a Character, and Characters are more important than W-Engine, so when rerolling aim for Characters instead of W-Engines.
