How to Redeem Codes

Redeem Codes via In-Game Settings

Step 1	Open the Settings Menu from the top right corner.
Step 2	Select the gear icon from the top left to enter the settings menu.
Step 3	Enter the Platform & Account tab from the top buttons.
Step 4	Press on the white Go button beside the Exchange Code option.
Step 5	Enter the redeem code in the field and press Confirm.

You can use redeem codes by navigating to Settings → Platform & Account → Exchange Code. If you do not receive the rewards, the code may have been entered incorrectly or has already expired. Please double-check the code carefully.

Claim Rewards from In-Game Mail

Step 1	Open the Mail from the top left.
Step 2	Claim the items from the corresponding in-game mail

After successfully entering the Redemption Code, the reward items will be delivered to your in-game Mail shortly. Note that there is an expiration period for claiming rewards after redemption, so be sure to claim them within 30 days.

Note!	Each redemption code is limited to a single use per account, and the associated rewards can only be claimed once.

What to Do if You Can't Redeem

Check for Typos

If a code is entered incorrectly, you will not receive the rewards. In cases where you can't redeem your code, double-check the code and make sure you're inputting it correctly.

Verify the Expiration Date

Every redeem code has an expiration date, and you will no longer be able to claim an expired code. Some codes have unspecified expiration dates, so be sure to enter any new codes you find as soon as possible.
