Aketine can be obtained in the Valley Pass and the Abandoned Trail. You can unlock the Valley Pass area by progressing/completing the mission Chapter 1: Secure Sanctuary quest.

Aketine can be found in Valley Pass - Abandoned Trail by following the narrow path on the right side of the map.

Aketine Production Blueprint
After obtaining Aketine in the Valley Pass, you can produce it infinitely in the AIC Area. By putting Aketine into the Seed-Picking Unit in the center of this blueprint, you can efficiently and infinitely produce both Aketine and Aketine Powder.

Used as a material for Industrial Explosives
Aketine is used to craft Industrial Explosives. There are obstacles and walls throughout the field that can be destroyed with Industrial Explosives, allowing you to reach places where you can find valuable items like Crates and Rare Materials.
