Go to Dijiang and Initiate the Conference

Teleport to the Bridge on the OMV Dijiang, and approach Perlica to trigger the cutscene. The UWST, TGCC, and HAS representatives all join the remote meeting. The conversation covers the accelerated spread of Aether, a threat from the past may be returning, and the situation developing in Wuling has troubling similarities to what happened in Valley IV.
Take a Temporary Break

After the conference ends, head west and interact with the captain's chair on the bridge. Sitting down triggers a cutscene. You start to drift off, and through the haze of sleep, a blurry figure appears. Then everything shifts.
Touch the Tower

You drift off somewhere else entirely. A blank white space and a tower at the center. A voice tells you to go forward and touch it, and that this is your last chance. Walk toward the tower and interact with it to trigger the final cutscene.

This particular cutscene cannot be skipped. It covers your Endmin's past and the history of Talos-II, and it recontextualizes a few things you may have missed up to this point. When it ends, you wake up on the Dijiang to the sound of Perlica and M3 talking. After the conversation ends, Conference of the Four is done.
