How to Recover HP
Rest and Recover HP at TP Points

You can fully restore your party's HP by interacting with TP Points and selecting "Rest". These fast travel points are located throughout the map. Since this action also revives incapacitated characters, make sure to use them whenever your team’s HP runs low.
Recover by Teleporting
You can also recover HP by teleporting to TP Points or your bases (PACs) directly from the map. Note that the PAC does not have a "Rest" function; it only heals when you teleport to it. Therefore, even if you are standing right next to it, you must open the map and teleport to the PAC to trigger the recovery.
Recover HP with Character Skills

Some characters (Operators) possess Skills or Ultimates with healing effects. In particular, the 6-Star Operator Ardelia (available as a Login Bonus) offers a balance of debuffs and healing, making her highly useful in a variety of team compositions.

Recover HP Using Items

If you equip a recovery item in a character's "Tactical" slot, it can be used up to 3 times during combat. These items are consumed directly from your carried inventory, not your Base storage, so be mindful of your remaining stock while exploring.
Use Manually from the Backpack

While exploring outside of combat, you can manually use recovery items by selecting them from your Backpack. This is useful for healing your HP when there are no TP Points nearby.
Separate Items for Revival and Healing

Reviving an unconscious character requires a different item than standard HP recovery. The "Arts Vial," used to revive characters, must be manually created through "Crafting." It is highly recommended to craft a few and carry them with you for emergencies.
Locations to Recover HP
Rest at Teleport (TP) Points

You can recover HP at TP Points by approaching them and selecting "Rest." HP recovery is also triggered upon teleporting, so check for a nearby TP Point whenever your party’s health is low.
Teleport to the Base PAC

The PAC at your Base automatically restores your team’s HP when you teleport to it. Simply approaching the PAC will not heal your party, and it lacks a "Rest" option. To trigger recovery, you must teleport to it via the map.
Best Recovery Items and Blueprints
Buck Capsule [A] Is Recommended
![Buck Capsule [A]](https://img.gamewith.jp/assets/images/common/transparent1px.png)
Buck Capsule [A] has a high unit price in the assembly section and can be used for both recovery and trading, making it a valuable item to produce. Consider setting up an automated factory to produce extras. Since the Automated Factory for Buck Capsule [A] requires a large area, it's recommended to dedicate an entire area solely to its production.

How to Increase Healing Output

Certain Gear features the "Treatment Efficiency" attribute. This stat directly boosts the healing output of the wearer, so be sure to equip these items on the characters acting as your team's primary healers.

Prioritize the Will Stat

The "Will" stat boosts the amount of healing a character receives. This benefit applies even to characters without their own healing skills, so prioritizing Will is highly recommended for tanks who frequently take heavy damage.
Will Stat Increases the Healing Output

Certain healing skills scale their effectiveness based on the caster's "Will" stat. Increasing this stat directly improves the healer's restoration capabilities and their own survivability, making it easier for the entire team to stay in the fight.
