Amplify Team Damage with Battle Skill

When Rossi hits an enemy in a Vulnerable state with the second stage of their Battle Skill, they apply Lift and "Razor Clawmark." This allows you to increase the enemy's Physical and Heat damage taken, boosting your team's overall damage while dealing damage.

Stack Vulnerable with Combo Skill

By inflicting Arts Infliction and Vulnerable simultaneously, Rossi can activate their Combo Skill twice. The first activation is a normal attack, while the second consumes Arts Infliction to apply Lift, increasing Rossi's Critical Rate and Critical Damage. Executing a perfect timing allows you to inflict an additional stage of Vulnerable.

Include Characters Who Can Inflict Arts

Rossi's Ultimate inflicts Heat Infliction, but if she's the only source of Arts Infliction on the team, she may struggle to use her Combo Skill. Including characters like Wulfgard or Gilberta, who can also inflict Arts, enables consistent activation of the Combo Skill.

Deal Massive Heat Damage with Ultimate

This is a combo that quickly builds 4 stacks of Vulnerable to lead into Da Pan's Combo Skill. While grouping enemies with Gilberta, you can trigger Rossi's Combo Skill by skillfully combining Arts Infliction and Vulnerable. Since Rossi's Ultimate deals Heat DMG, Gilberta also Amps her DMG.

Rossi is very flexible and can be paired with both Physical and Originium Arts characters. In addition to Arts Infliction to trigger Gilberta's Combo Skill, it's a good idea to include characters who can support the whole team with Physical Susceptibility, HP recovery, or SP recovery.

Inflict Heat with Wulfgard and Akekuri, and apply Vulnerable with the Endministrator to trigger Rossi's Combo Skill and quickly build up Vulnerable, then consume it with the Endministrator's Battle Skill to deal massive DMG.

This is a rotation where you trigger Rossi's Combo Skill to build stacks of Vulnerable before dealing damage with the Crush from the Endministrator's Battle Skill. Since Rossi can build 2 stacks of Vulnerable by successfully performing a timed Combo Skill, you can quickly reach the damage potential of your Physical attackers.

Since Rossi's Combo Skill works with any type of Arts Infliction, Wulfgard's slot is very flexible. Estella, Perlica, and Ardelia are potential candidates for proccing an Arts Infliction. Similarly, Edministrator's slot is also flexible, allowing for other Physical characters, such as Da Pan, to take their place.

Rossi is scheduled to release on March 29 (Server Time). Following the standard rotation pattern, her limited gacha will go live at 12:00 PM immediately following the mid-patch update.
