Arrival at Wuling Walkthrough

Talk to Perlica at the Dijiang

Once you reach Authority Level 43, “Arrival at Wuling” unlocks. Head back to the Dijiang and talk to Perlica. You can also talk to Chen first if you want more insight about Wuling City.

Progress Down the Trail

Follow the yellow markers until you reach the river, where you’ll encounter a traveler named Ardashir.

Board the Raft and Ford the River with Ardashir

After Ardashir boards the raft, hop on as well and select “Stragglers Grove” to begin crossing.

Pass Through the Grove and Keep Going

Keep following the yellow markers deeper into the grove until you meet up with Ardashir.

Walk Through the Grove with Ardashir

Talk to Ardashir. He’ll accompany you as you move through the grove.

Search for a Way Out of the Grove

You’ll get separated from Ardashir. Keep following the yellow markers to try to reconnect with him.

Touch the Guiding Lights Left by the Tianshi

Interact with the Guiding Light to open a new path forward.

Touch the Guiding Light Near the Statue

Activate the Guiding Light by the statue and follow the new route. Continue along the path until you find another Guiding Light. Activate it and keep following the yellow markers.

Use the Guiding Lights to Try to Leave the Grove

After jumping down the cliff, activate the nearby Guiding Light. Follow the indicator and climb up the rope.

Defeat the Quillbeasts

Defeat the Quillbeasts to open the way forward.

Meet with Ardashir and Walk Through the Grove

You’ll reunite with Ardashir, who doesn’t seem bothered. Continue walking with him through the grove.

Talk to Ardashir

Ardashir stops suddenly. Speak with him to continue.

Immersion Mode

Entering Immersion Mode limits access to certain features. Make sure you have enough time to complete this segment without interruptions.

Progress Down the Trail

Follow the marker near the pillar. A cutscene will trigger.

Defeat the Attacking Aggeloi

Defeat as many Aggeloi as possible. The waves are endless, so the group eventually retreats and heads for the nearby raft.

Talk to Chen

You’ll meet Tangtang, the Chief of Qingbo Stockade. Chen recognizes her and decides to play along to help find Perlica.

Find Perlica

Follow Tangtang. Aggeloi will appear on the path ahead, defeat them, and keep moving.

Find Where the Argument Is Coming From

You’ll find Perlica being confronted by Ruan Yi, Tangtang’s brother. Tangtang vouches for her, and he backs off.

Discuss the Next Step with Perlica

You explain Chen’s plan, and Perlica agrees with it.

Listen In to Tangtang and Ruan Yi’s Conversation

Approach Tangtang and Ruan Yi to overhear their discussion about your group.

Talk to Tangtang

Speak with Tangtang and ask her to lead you to the Stockade.
