Point of No Return guide for Arknights: Endfield. This guide includes Endministrator's username, skip button feature, character gender, and missable content.
Table of Contents
Points of No Return
Username Cannot Be Changed

You were not able to change your character's name once it was set in the beta. While a name-change item may become available in the future, choose your name carefully when starting the game.
Server Cannot Be Changed

When you start the game, you will select a server, but you cannot change it after it has been selected. Choose your server carefully to avoid any issues after making progress in the game.
Data Cannot Be Shared Between Different Servers
Your progress carries over between platforms (like PC and iOS) as long as you use the same Gryphline account. However, note that the data does not sync across different servers. Make sure that you select the correct server at the start.
No Story Recap Available

Arknights: Endfield has a skip button that lets you progress through some cutscenes. As of now, the game does not have a story replay or archive feature yet, so if you want to keep up with the game's story and lore, we recommend not skipping cutscenes, as you won't be able to view them again later.
Options Cannot Be Reselect
During the story, choices may appear. They don't affect the subsequent plot, but choose carefully so you don't miss the reactions of the characters you want to see.
Landscape Changes As You Progress

The scenery in some areas may change as you progress through the story or clear specific quests. Since this change is irreversible, be sure to take any screenshots you want before proceeding.
AIC Expansion Cannot Be Reverted

The "Core AIC Area" can be expanded by progressing through the game. Facility construction and upgrades cannot be undone, so think carefully about how to use your resources.

Optional Quests Cannot Be Redone

Before proceeding to the next main quest, complete the optional quests first since you cannot replay or redo them once you missed it. You won't be able to do the side quests once you advance the main quest.
Materials Used Are Non-Refundable

The character and weapon upgrades are irreversible once you use them, and since these materials are scarce, you should focus your upgrades on your main team/characters to ensure that you don't run out of essential resources for upgrades.
Things You Can Change Later
Gender Can Be Changed

While the gender change option was locked during the beta, the official development notes have confirmed that you can now switch the protagonist's gender once every 24 hours in-game.
Exploration Level Can Be Changed

The Exploration Level, which increases as you progress through the main quests, can be adjusted once every 24 hours. Generally, a higher level has more benefits, but if you haven't been able to train your Operators enough, lowering it is also an option.
Changing Devices
When you use your Gryphline account to access your progress on any device (PS5, PC, iOS, or Android), make sure that you are playing on the same server so you can access your game data.
