The most efficient way to farm T-Creds is by repeatedly clearing Protocol Space - Currency Item. However, this consumes Sanity, so if you need to use Sanity to gather other upgrade materials, prioritize those instead.
The higher the level, the more T-Creds you'll receive as a reward, so it's recommended to farm the highest level you can challenge.
Sanity Guide - How to Use and Restore
First-Clear Rewards Require No Sanity
The first clear rewards for Protocol Space can be obtained without consuming Sanity. If a higher difficulty is unlocked, exit the stage after clearing it without claiming the rewards and challenge it again.
Obtain from Mission Rewards
You can get T-Creds from clearing various missions. Mission rewards also include other upgrade materials, and by progressing through the main story unlocks higher-level Protocol Space stages, so prioritizing the story will help you farm T-Creds efficiently.
Obtain from Protocol Pass (Battle Pass) Rewards

At the Stock Redistribution, you can use Stock Bill to purchase T-Creds. You can also obtain them quickly, but Stock Bills are needed to level up other facilities, so it's recommended to buy them only if you have extra Stock Bills.

Purchase from the AIC Quota Exchange
At the AIC Quota Exchange, you can use AIC Quota, which can be obtained from pulling in the gacha banners, in order to use it for purchasing T-Creds. However, you can also purchase HH Permits to pull the gacha, so you probably would want to prioritize that instead.
Purchase from the Credit Store
If T-Creds are available in the Credit Store lineup, you can also purchase them using F-Credits. You also receive F-Credit daily, so make sure you don't forget to check and claim it.

You can also obtain T-Creds from Resource Crates scattered across the area. The amount you get from a single crate is small, but you can collect them for free along with other materials.
