What is Regional Development?
Obtain Stock Bills Using Items
In Regional Development, you can deliver crafted items such as Origocrust to get Stock Bills. It's recommended to get Stock Bills when you can to use them to expand your AIC Area.

How to Get More Stock Bills
The amount of Stock Bills you get will depend on the operator that you chose as the Liaison. Each operator has a Hobby and Expertise that will affect this so it's recommended to send an Operator who can activate multiple effects. The activated effects are displayed in yellow.
Recommended Operator Liaisons
Laevatain is Most Recommended
In Outposts, Operators with the Faction: Rhodes Island, Hobby: Creative, and Expertise: Situational Analysis traits can activate their effects. Laevatain has all three effects so she's most recommended for this. She can still be in your team for battle even when she's a Liaison.
Antal is Also Recommended
As a 4-Star, Antal can easily be acquired compared to Laevatain who is a 6-star. He can also activate the effect to increase the amount of Stock Bills that can be obtained, allowing you to more easily expand your AIC Area.
Recommended Items to Exchange
Easy to Craft or High Unit Price Items
When it comes to choosing which items to exchange for, select the ones that are easy to craft in your AIC and/or those that have a high unit price. Items that are recommended will have a green mark on them on the top right corner of the icon.
Buck Capsules Is Used in Combat
Buck Capsules have a high unit price. Even if you have an excess of them, they won't go to waste since they can be used to recover HP when in combat. By using the Seed-Picking Unit and the Planting Unit, you can gather Buckflower indefinitely. Additionally, they're easy to craft since the only material it consumes are bottles.

This is a blueprint that combines Buck Capsule [C] and infinite plant production. Making the infinite plant production line independent will make it more efficient to produce it. You can also adjust the production amount by controlling the Item Port.
