Best Early-Game Team Composition
Standard Setup: Endministrator/Perlica/Chen/Healer
Endministrator | Perlica | Chen Qianyu | Ardelia |
Endministrator, Perlica, and Chen Qianyu are free characters. These three have strong synergy, making them highly effective in the early game. For the fourth slot, add a character with healing abilities, such as Ardelia, to improve team stability.
Team Composition Tips
Synergy of Arts Infliction (Bursts/Reactions)

There are four types of Arts Infliction: Heat DMG, Electric DMG, Cryo DMG, and Nature DMG. Each type can be stacked up to four times, and applying the same Arts to an enemy two or more times will trigger an Arts Burst. In addition, combining different Arts Infliction types will cause an Arts Reaction. Build your team strategically based on the enemy’s characteristics.
Physical Attack Teams Are Viable
Focusing on physical attack characters allows you to stack Vulnerable. There are four types of Physical Status: Lift, Knock Down, Crush, and Breach.
Meet the Activation Conditions for Combo Skills

Combo Skills cannot be activated by forming a random team. Each character has specific activation conditions, such as applying certain Arts Infliction, so be sure to review these requirements before building your team.
Balancing Melee and Ranged Characters
To defeat enemies efficiently, consider the balance between Melee and Ranged Characters. For example, a Melee-focused team excels at concentrating damage on a single tough enemy. For clearing groups of enemies, a mixed team with both Melee and Ranged characters is recommended.
Notes! | In 'Arknights', flying enemies required players to strategically include ranged characters in their teams. Likewise, in 'Endfield', you will need to consider the balance between melee and ranged characters based on enemy traits and encounter mechanics. |

Assigning Roles like DPS and Healer
Form a balanced team consisting of DPS, Shielders, and Healers. A lineup with 2 to 3 DPS units and 1 to 2 support characters is generally recommended. Always consider the team's overall survivability when building your composition.
Important Notes on Team Composition
Level Up a Diverse Roster of Characters
Level up characters beyond your main roster to stay prepared for different situations. Developing a diverse lineup allows you to handle a wide variety of enemies and gain an advantage by dealing damage more efficiently.
Limit Field Time for Weaker Characters
If you are not confident in your Player Skill (PS), you can limit the amount of time you directly control characters you are leveling. Characters not under direct control will automatically perform actions such as dodging, which helps improve their survivability.
Have Up to 4 Members in a Team
You can deploy up to four characters in a team. Characters not under direct control will fight automatically and use their skills, so it is recommended to always field a full team. Only one character can be controlled at a time, but you can freely switch between characters during combat.
