Progress the Story and Unlock the Sub-PAC
You can start farming Wuling Stock Bills after placing the Sub-PAC in Jingyu Valley and unlocking Outpost Trading. First, proceed with the main story until you clear Chapter 2 Process II, which allows you to place the Sub-PAC.
Ignore Stock Redistribution Terminal
Until you place the Sub-PAC and unlock Outpost Trading, there are very few ways to earn Wuling Stock Bills. We recommend ignoring the Stock Redistribution Terminal and Depot Node until the Core AIC is fully unlocked.

Just like in Valley IV, you can earn Stock Bills via Outpost Trading in Wuling. We recommend starting with the Yazhen Syringe [C], as it is easy to produce and does not require Xiranite.
Trade Batteries Once AIC Advances

Once your AIC advances and you have a system for mass-producing Xiranite, add LC Wuling Batteries to your trade rotation. Since Yazhen Syringes and batteries require different materials, you can maximize your Stock Bill earnings by mass-producing both.
Unlock the Depot Node
The Depot Node can be unlocked after reaching Wuling City. It costs 12,500 Wuling Stock Bills, so wait to unlock it until Outpost Trading is active and you can earn bills efficiently.

The Depot Node is located at the edge of the Field Logistics Depot, southeast of Wuling City. The door is closed from the depot side, so you cannot enter directly. For the first time, you must take a detour from the east of Wuling City to reach the entrance.

In Wuling, you can also increase your Stock Bills by buying and selling Goods. However, since the Stock Redistribution Terminal level starts low, price fluctuations are minor, preventing massive immediate profits compared to Valley IV.

The Stock Redistribution Terminal for Wuling is located on the east side of Jingyu Valley. When you first arrive, you likely won't have enough Stock Bills to unlock it, so return later once you have accumulated the required Stock Bills.

You can also earn Wuling Stock Bills through the Environment Monitoring Terminal, unlocked during Chapter 2 Process II. Monitoring Jobs are completed simply by taking photos of specified objects, so you can easily earn bills without complex factory setups.
