You can trigger Arclight's Combo Skill whenever an enemy becomes Electrified, or when Electrification is consumed. Since her Combo Skill has a very short cooldown at 3 seconds, you can weave two uses of her Combo Skill within her rotation to recover SP while dealing damage.

Use Ultimate After Electric Infliction
With the Ultimate, you can deal Massive DMG while inflicting Electric Infliction and Electrification. By using Arclight's Ultimate, you don't have to rely on other characters to apply Electrification and can start a combo on your own.
