How to Repair Facilities
Repair by Consuming Materials
In the early stages, broken doors can be easily repaired since you already have the required materials thanks to Andre's guidance. However, in most cases, you’ll need to gather the necessary items yourself. Repairs may also be required for certain mission mechanics, so be sure to fix any broken facilities you encounter.
Produce Items You're Missing
Items required to repair breakdowns can sometimes be obtained through gathering, but in other cases, you’ll need to produce them by setting up a production line in the Automated Industry Complex (AIC). Select the required item → Select 'Source' → then check how to obtain each material.

Check the Production Chain
By checking the Production Chain, you can identify the facilities needed for each item.
Best Learned in the Fitting Unit Simulation
You can access tutorials for the Automated Industry Complex (AIC) in the Simulation. If you’re unsure how to gather items, the “Fitting Unit” tutorial is recommended, as it provides hands-on practice with repairing a broken Zipline Pylon.

Enter from the Basic AIC Plan in the Menu
You can access the Simulation through the "Basic AIC Plan". Open the Basic AIC Plan from the menu or the icon in the upper-left corner, then select “Simulation” in the upper-right.
Shared Facilities With Low Stability
They Disappear When Stability Reaches 0
Shared Facilities do not suffer standard breakdowns. Instead, their Stability decreases over time, so repairs must be performed before it reaches 0. If Stability reaches 0, the facility does not break down; it is removed entirely.
