How to Get a Second Stock Redistributor

Progress Through Story Chapter 1, Process III
To get more Stock Redistributors, you first need to advance the main story in Chapter 1, Process III. Specifically, you must clear Process III up to the "Mystery in the Building" quest.
Clear Outpost: Infra-Station
Once you've cleared "Mystery in the Building," head south from the Mountain Path Slope TP Point to reach the Infra-Station. Upon arrival, a cutscene triggers, allowing you to accept the "Outpost: Infra-Station" quest. Completing this unlocks the new Infra-Station.
Open the Regional Development Screen
From the menu, open the base screen by selecting Menu → Regional Development → Outpost Management.
Select an Operator at the Second Base
The second base will now be visible. Simply select an Operator here to increase the number of Operator Liaisons.
Talk to Lucky Rabbit to Get the Second Redistributor
Teleport to the Mountain Path Slope TP Point. Talk to the Lucky Rabbit near the TP and select "Grant authorization to activate the stock redistribution system" to unlock the second Redistributor.

Choose Characters with Bonuses
When assigning Operator Liaison, prioritize characters that have a bonus. The higher the character's aptitude, the larger the reward bonus becomes, allowing you to progress much more efficiently.
Benefits of Adding Stock Redistributors
Complete Node Missions
By adding a Stock Redistributor, you can complete Node Mission 06, which requires you to "Have 2 available Stock Redistributors in Valley IV." As you clear these Node Missions, you will earn valuable Progress Rewards.
Increased Resource Acquisition Efficiency
Having more Redisitrbutors significantly boosts your resource-gathering rates. For maximum efficiency, you should aim to increase the number of Stock Redistributors as soon as possible.
