Material Needed for Gold Gear
Cuprium Components are essential materials needed to craft certain Gold-tier gear. Keep in mind that Gold gear generally falls into two types: pieces requiring Xiranite Components and pieces requiring Cuprium Components.

To start crafting Cuprium Components, you first need to unlock Wuling AIC II. This becomes available after clearing Main Mission Chapter 2, Process III: "Surging From a Withered Spring".

- Cuprium Components are crafted at the Gearing Unit
- Insert Cuprium Parts and Xiranite into the Gearing Unit - Cuprium Parts are crafted at the Fitting Unit
- Insert Cuprium into the Fitting Unit - Cuprium is crafted at the Refining Unit
- Insert Cuprium Ore and Water into the Refining Unit
- Connect a Water supply to the Refining Unit and switch it to Fluid Mode

To run the blueprint above efficiently, you will need a separate production line dedicated to Xiranite. Since the Xiranite production line doesn't require a PAC Control Port, you can set it up in any available empty space.
How to Make Cuprium Component
Unlock Hydro Mining and Liquid Refining

Before crafting Cuprium Components, make sure to unlock the necessary research nodes in your AIC Plan. You will need the Hydro Mining Rig to automatically gather Cuprium Ore and the Refining Unit's Liquid Refining mode to process it properly.

Collect Cuprium Ore with the Hydro Mining Rig

To craft a Cuprium Component, you'll first need its base material: Cuprium Ore. Simply place a Hydro Mining Rig at a Cuprium Ore spot in the Qingbo Stockade area of Wuling to start collecting it automatically.
Hydro Mining Rigs Run on Water
Unlike conventional mining rigs, Hydro Mining Rigs run on water power instead of electricity. Make sure to place a Fluid Pump in a nearby water source and connect it to the Hydro Mining Rig using pipes.

Head back to the Core AIC Area to set up your production line. You can craft Cuprium Components by processing Cuprium Ore in the following order: Refining Unit → Fitting Unit → Gearing Unit.
Keep in mind that Xiranite is also required for this process. If you haven't built a Xiranite production line yet, you'll want to get that running first.
