Meet Lifeng and Head to the AIC Site

Head north from the Main Pillar. There's a TP Point along the way if you haven't activated it yet. Keep going until you reach your guide: Lifeng, a Wuling Watchguard. You'll also meet Bai Shuang and Yan Ning, head of Wuling's Xiranite Application and Tech Production Unit.

Follow Lifeng to the Destination

Follow Lifeng down the stairs to the open area below. You'll also meet Bai Shuang and Yan Ning, who work in Xiranite production and application.

Bloodcaps in Wuling!

As you go down the stairs you'll notice a cluster of plants, waiting for you to gather them. These are Bloodcaps, items which are needed to promote your characters once they reach level cap 80.

Defeat the Aggeloi (First Wave)

Seven Aggeloi ambush the group in the open area. Clear all of them to proceed.

Take Out the Prism Aggeloi First

The floating Aggeloi in this wave fire reinforcing beams at the other enemies. Prioritize them first since they make the rest of the fight longer and messier if left alive.

After the fight, you'll learn from Lifeng that the Aggeloi in this region trace back to an Ankhor deep within the Blight Tide. Something to keep in mind.

Deploy the PAC at the Marked Location

Head east into the grassy area and interact with the glowing point next to the leaning tree to deploy the Protocol Automation-Core. This establishes Endfield Industries' foothold in Wuling's AIC network.

View the Wuling Plan

Once placed, open the System Feature Wheel and navigate to the Wuling AIC Plan. This plan is different from Valley IV's as Wuling's tech relies on fluids to work. Review it and back out to continue.

Check on Bai Shuang

A scream from Bai Shuang interrupts things. Head to the bridge to find her and realize that a landslide has taken out the irrigation channels. Time to put the AIC and Endfield's might to work!

Use the Facility List to Construct a Fluid Pump

Open the Facility List and construct both a Fluid Pump and a Fluid Supply Unit. The tutorial will guide you to the right entries.

Place the Fluid Pump and Fluid Supply Unit at the Designated Spot

Go back across the bridge to the designated spots and place each one:

• Place the Fluid Pump at the first marked location.
• Place the Fluid Supply Unit at the spot on the opposite side.

With both placed, connect them with pipelines. It works the same way as Transport Belts in Valley IV. Select the pipeline tool, click on one piece of equipment as the start point, and the other as the end.

Finally, place a Xiranite Pylon from your inventory to power them both. Unlike the Relay Pylons back in Valley IV, Xiranite Pylons are wireless and they connect automatically to any power source within an 80-meters radius.

Go to the Area with Abnormal Depth Readings

After filling the canal, head north across the lily pads and up the stairs to Bugui Grove. Six Aggeloi are waiting at the top. Clear them out.

Check the Blighted Zone

Approach the Blight at the edge of the grove to trigger a cutscene. Yan Ning pulls data from the active Blight and confirms what nobody wanted to hear. The blight is spreading faster than expected. She sends Bai Shuang to take the data back to the Xiranite Central Laboratory.

Meet Up with Lifeng to Discuss the Next Step

Head back to the AIC Core to meet up with Lifeng. He points you toward a path to the lab and another meeting with Zhuang Fangyi. Mission complete.
