Found in the Power Plateau

Sandleaf can be obtained in the Power Plateau. You can access the Power Plateau by completing the mission "Chapter 1 – Process IV: Flaming Cinders," which unlocks at Authority Level 34.

Sandleaf is Near a TP Point

After entering the Power Plateau, you can find Sandleaf near the TP Point located a short distance ahead.

After obtaining Sandleaf in the Power Plateau, you can mass-produce it in the AIC Area. By placing Sandleaf into the Seed-Picking Unit at the center of this Blueprint once, you can continuously generate Sandleaf and Powder.

Used for Crafting Gear and Batteries

Sandleaf can be combined with other Rare Minerals to craft materials used in Cryston Components and HC Valley Batteries. Since large quantities are required for high-tier materials, you should mass-produce it in the factory once you obtain it.
