Sewage Guide for Arknights: Endfield (AKEF). Learn how to produce and process Sewage, its uses in SC Wuling Battery production, and why looping Sewage is not recommended.

How to Process Sewage

Process with a Water Treatment Unit

Endfield Water Treatment Unit

Sewage can be processed by connecting it to a Water Treatment Unit. Once processed, it disappears completely, leaving no water or residue behind.

Cannot Be Drained into Ponds

Unlike regular water, Sewage cannot be pumped into ponds or similar areas. You will need to process it using a Water Treatment Unit or a similar facility.

Use It to Produce Products

Endfield Use Sewage to produce other Products

Sewage can also be used as a material to produce other products. Connect a pipe from the facility generating Sewage to the one that will use it.

Process by Removing Fluid Tank

Endfield Put Sewage in Fluid Tank

You can also process Sewage by storing it in a Fluid Tank and then removing the tank. This serves as a temporary solution until a Water Treatment Unit is built.

How to Use Sewage

1. Produce Xircon Effluent from Sewage

Endfield Xircon Effluent

Place Sewage and Liquid Xiranite into the Reactor Crucible to produce Xircon Effluent and Inert Xircon Effluent. Since Inert Xircon Effluent currently has no use, dispose of it using a Water Treatment Unit.

2. Produce Xircon from Xircon Effluent

Endfield Produce Xircon

Place Xircon Effluent and Ferrium Powder into the Reactor Crucible to produce Xircon. Sewage is also generated at this stage, but since it is difficult to reuse, dispose of it using a Water Treatment Unit.

3. Produce SC Wuling Battery

Place Xircon and Dense Originium Powder into the Packaging Unit to produce the SC Wuling Battery. The blueprint above covers STEP 1 through STEP 3, so use it as a reference when producing the SC Wuling Battery.

How to Produce Sewage

Byproduct When Producing Cuprium

Endfield Sewage is a byproduct

Sewage is generated as a byproduct when producing Cuprium, making it the most straightforward way to obtain it.

Also Generated When Producing Xircon

Sewage is also generated during Xircon production. However, since the process leading up to Xircon is more complex, if you only need Sewage, producing Cuprium and extracting it from there is the easiest method.

Can Sewage Be Looped?

Not Suitable for Logistics Connections

While Xircon Effluent production requires Sewage, Sewage is also generated during the Xircon production process. This may seem like a good opportunity to loop it, but it is generally not recommended.

The ratio of required Sewage to output Sewage is 2:1, which results in a shortage over time and makes it difficult to maintain a stable Logistics Connection.
