Originium Science Park Level 4 Auto-Defense Guide

Use Sentry Tower + Marsh Gas + HE Grenade Tower
For the Auto-Defense stage, it is recommended to install one (1) Sentry Tower, four (4) Marsh Gas MK-1 units, and seven (7) HE Grenade Towers. These are top-tier structures with powerful damage outputs, so if they are still locked, prioritize your AIC Plan development to unlock these essential blueprints.

Use Sentry Tower for Strong Enemies
Expect the stronger enemies on the south side, where elite bosses like Flame Casters often break through defenses. Placing a Sentry Tower in the central spot will be the best countermeasure for it. It allows you to lock onto the most threatening units and use their splash damage to thin out the surrounding crowd.
Sentry Tower Prioritizes Strong Enemies
Maximize your defense using the Sentry Tower, which is a facility that targets stronger enemies. This is vital for clearing this stage, since it efficiently takes down enemies like Flame Caster and Hardhorn Aggelos.
Defeat the Executioner in the Southwest Area
When the Executioner's HP drops below half, it triggers a defense-buffing state. To counter this, use the constant damage from Marsh Gas and HE Grenade Towers. This strategy is so effective that it requires only a few facilities to successfully secure the southwest perimeter.
1 Marsh Gas + 3 HE Grenade Towers at the North Side
On the northern route, you will encounter an Axe Armorbeast that provides powerful support buffs to nearby enemies. You can quickly defeat this group by grouping them and using a pair of one (1) Marsh Gas unit with three (3) HE Grenade Towers.

Install Sentry Tower + Marsh Gas + HE Grenade Tower
For Operator Intervention, it is recommended to install one (1) Sentry Tower, four (4) Marsh Gas Mk-I units, and six (6) HE Grenade Towers. The upper southern path leading to Command Core 3 often lacks defense, so make sure to position your characters in the south sector to provide the necessary support in that area.
Solidification from Character Skills is Effective
Regular non-boss enemies can be stalled for a longer time by applying Solidification. In this stage, it's effective for stalling enemies on the upper route of the south side, so if your characters are strong enough, try using a Solidification-focused team.
