Event Overview

The "Carly's Fairytale of the Valley" event is a Camera Event where you take photos at various locations in Valley IV. There are also missions where you need to take photos with characters that meet certain conditions, so you'll need to switch up your squad as you go.

In Carly's Fairytale of the Valley, you will receive rewards for completing each Camera Event task. The 3rd photo onwards, each new mission will be released daily.

The Final Reward is a Portrait Frame

Completing all photo missions for the event will award players with the Carly's Fairytale Portrait Frame. As Portrait Frames are fairly rare, be sure to obtain this reward while it's still available!

Photo Locations and Conditions

1st Photo: Endfield Faction at the Worker Dorms

Map Location	1st Photo

The photo location is to the southeast of the Hub Base, right in front of Carly. When taking the photo, include an Endfield character in your squad. Carly is short, so she might be hidden depending on where the characters are standing. Adjust the camera angle to include her in the shot.

2nd Photo: Casters at the Protocol Resonance Tower

Map Location	2nd Photo

The photo location is on a highland in the center of the Hub Base, near the Construction Site. When taking the photo, include Caster characters like Perlica or Wulfgard in your squad. It's easier to frame the shot if you position the camp on the left and the Protocol Resonance Tower on the right sides of your screen.

3rd Photo: Lupo Race at the Valley Fort

Map Location	3rd Photo

The photo location is at the entrance of the Valley Fort. Be sure to include Wulfgard in your squad for this photo. Frame the shot to include the denstacks on the left and right, and move the camera slightly upwards so the denstacks in the back isn't hidden by the characters.

4th Photo: Swords at the Aburrey Quarry

The photo location is in Aburrey Quarry, along the 1F catwalk. Take the elevator from the base of the crane to the 1F, and include a One-handed Sword wielder in your squad. Position your party in such a way that their backs are towards the Super Crane, and make sure the Brickyland Castle isn't obscured by a party member.

5th Photo: Lung Race in the Science Park

Map Location	5th Photo

The 5th Photo is located along the Cliffside Trail in Originium Science Park. Add Chen Qianyu to your squad and then travel to the TP Point near Mountain Path Slope since it's the closest. Note that when using the Varied formation, it's easy to obscure the waterfall in the background, so make sure to frame your photo so that the waterfall is visible.

6th Photo: Guns in the Cradle of Ages

Map Location	6th Photo

The 6th Photo is found within the Cradle of the Ages, which is the same location where you fight the Triaggelos boss. Be sure to include a handcannon user in your party and head to the location.

The Originium Oak sapling is small, so framing the photo is easier when you position the sapling in front of your squad instead of behind it.

7th Photo: Electricity in Power Plateau

Map Location	7th Photo

The final photo of the event is found in Power Plateau, conveniently located next to a TP Point towards the bottom of the map. Remember to include Perlica or a different Electric operator in your squad before you snap your photo. Also, try to angle your camera upwards to make capturing the photo objectives much easier.

How to Progress in Carly's Fairytale of the Valley

View the message from Fiona

Open the Baker and go to the Tasks tab to view a message from Fiona regarding a girl that wants to meet the Endmin.

How to Access Events

From the main menu, select Events -> Carly's Fairytale of the Valley and press Track. This will prioritize showing related objectives.

Receive a photo request from Carly

Talk to Carly in the Worker Dorms, and she will ask you to take photos that meet certain conditions.

Check hints on the event page

The event page shows an image of the photo Carly wants you to take, and pressing "Go" in the bottom right will display the map location. Rewards for each photo are also claimed from this screen, so don't forget to return here after taking your photos.

Move to Photo Locations

Check the map and head to the designated location. Stand on the glowing spot on the ground and select "Enter Camera Mode" to activate the camera.

Adjust the Formation and Angle

The photo objectives specified in the bottom left, so adjust the camera angle and your squad to meet all the conditions before taking the picture. You can select the formation from the top left of the photo screen.
