Fort Showdown Walkthrough

Reach the Valley Fort

Fort Showdown will start right after the previous quest. Follow the objective marker toward Valley Fort.

Heal Up at the Teleport Point

There is a 'Teleport Point' located right in front of the fortress entrance. Keep in mind that a boss battle will trigger the moment you step inside, so make sure to heal up here first. Additionally, since your Authority Level has likely increased, now is a great time to upgrade your gear.

Defeat Rhodagn, Fist of the Bonecrusher

Upon entering Valley Fort, you will face your first boss battle against Rhodagn. He relies on heavy, wide-swinging attacks. Stay calm and focus on timing your Perfect Dodges to gain the upper hand.

Phase 2 Begins at 70% HP

Once you chip away roughly one‑third of Rhodagn’s HP, a cutscene will trigger, and the fight will shift into Phase 2. He adds more variations to his attack patterns and begins using his wide area attacks. Try to dodge each new attack as it comes.

Use Obstacles to Dodge the Ultimate

When a red cross appears on the floor beneath Rhodagn, he is charging his Ultimate. Four stone pillars will emerge nearby. Take cover behind them immediately to avoid the blast.

Avoid the Frontal AoE Attack

Rhodagn gains a frontal AoE attack in Phase 2. It deals continuous damage without knocking you back, meaning your HP will melt before as you continue being hit. Dodge to the side or back to avoid this attack.

Take the Elevator

With Rhodagn defeated, a cutscene plays and points you toward the lift. Ride it to the top. This triggers a final scene with Nefarith, and after that warps you back to the Hub Base, marking the end of Fort Showdown.
