How to Unlock Wuling Core AIC
Wuling’s Core AIC Area unlocks upon completing Chapter 2: Process II "A Breeze Away." Similar to Valley’s Core AIC Area, it provides access to a wider range of facilities, including late-game production units that manufacture advanced gear, food, healing items, and other high-tier resources.

Priority Research for Wuling AIC Plan
The Wuling AIC Plan is separate from Valley’s Basic AIC Plan and requires Protocol Dataloggers. The top-priority items to unlock are the Fluid Pump, Xiranite, and power. Xiranite is essential for manufacturing, while water and power are needed to produce it. Once these are unlocked, focus on the Reactor Crucible, Pipe Splitter, and combat facilities.
 Tips! | The HE Grenade Tower and Marsh Gas are strong combat facilities for base defense, but it is recommended to prioritize the resources essential for Wuling’s AIC Plan first. |

Collect Protocol Dataloggers First
To advance the AIC Plan in Wuling, you need different Industrial Points than those in Valley IV. To unlock essential facilities for Wuling's industry, such as the Fluid Pump and Forge of the Sky, explore the map and collect Industrial Points at an early stage.

After unlocking the Wuling Sub-PAC and securing the priority AIC Plans, prioritize mass-producing key Outpost Goods and trading them. Focus on Xiranite and Yazhen Syringe first, followed by LC Wuling Battery as a secondary priority, with Jincao Drink as optional production.

Outpost Trade Gives Wuling Stock Bill
It is recommended to initiate mass production of outpost trade items immediately after unlocking the Sub-PAC in Wuling to efficiently generate Wuling Stock Bills early on. These Stock Bills can then be used for Stock Redistribution to acquire essential materials, including Wuling Artificing Catalysts and Wuling Engraving Permits.

Transport Batteries from Valley IV
Immediately after unlocking the industry, you only have 200 power and very few facilities, so it's recommended to bring items and facilities created in Valley IV. You can put the necessary items in your Backpack in Valley IV or on the Dijiang to bring them to Wuling.

Wuling AIC Late Game
Focus on Xiranite Components
In the late game, progression centers on fully optimizing your Operator team, including maxing their Gear through Artificing. Artificing consumes a substantial number of Gears as catalysts. To craft Wuling Gears, you must first obtain Xiranite Components, which are produced from Xiranite and Packed Origocrust.

Use LC Wuling Batteries
At this point, you have set up several production lines that require more power. Start using LC Wuling Batteries and ensure you maintain a steady supply. Each battery provides 1,600 Power, making it a valuable long-term energy source.
Tips for Wuling Automated Industry Complex
Transfer Materials via Regional Transfer
If you need to send a single type of item to Wuling in bulk, using the Regional Transfer feature from the PAC menu is incredibly convenient. Resources like Originium tend to be scarce right after unlocking the AIC in Wuling, so make good use of this feature to jumpstart your production.
Increase Supply with Metastorage Transfer
Once your Regional Development level reaches 12, Metastorage Transfer becomes available. This allows you to send materials to Wuling without reducing your stock in Valley IV. This is very useful for supplying more Ferrium Ore to greatly improve overall efficiency, so make sure to take advantage of this feature.
How to Use and Unlock Metastorage Transfer
Aim for Mass Production of Xiranite
When you get to Wuling, your first goal would be the mass production of Xiranite. It's needed in various situations, such as for LC Wuling Batteries, Xiranite Relays, Xiranite Pylons, parts for Gold Gear, and Liquid Xiranite to clear Blight, so prioritize building its production line.
| Tips! | A Forge of the Sky is required to produce Xiranite. In the current version, you can only place two, so you want to maximize efficiency. |

Make Stabilized Carbon from Sandleaf
Xiranite production requires Stabilized Carbon. Stabilized Carbon can be mass-produced with any plant combined with Sandleaf, and the production line does not require an output port.
Supply Water with Fluid Pumps and Pipes
To produce Xiranite, install a Fluid Pump near a water source and connect it using pipes. It’s best to position water-dependent facilities, such as the Forge of the Sky, close to the Fluid Pump for efficient operation.
Beware of Power Outages
Since the production of Xiranite is limited, battery manufacturing can halt if the material is being consumed by too many other processes. To avoid sudden power shortages, regularly check that your battery logistics connections are operating properly.
Monitor Sandleaf Supply
Another common cause of outages is the unnoticed depletion of Sandleaf. Ensure your supply meets the demand. For extra security, we recommend building surplus Logistics Connections to create a safety buffer.

Power Restoration Takes Time
Recovering from a complete power outage can take several hours. If an outage occurs, rather than trying to fix it entirely within Wuling, bring a battery from Valley IV to temporarily restore power while you investigate the root cause.
Install Mining Rigs on All Mineral Beds
Due to the limited number of Mineral Beds in Wuling compared to Valley IV, it is important to install Mining Rigs on every available bed. Most Mineral Beds also have Low Purity because of the Wuling Regional Development Level cap. Since Low Purity results in lower yields, deploying Mining Rigs on all available Mineral Beds helps maximize resource output.
Craft Xiranite Relays and Xiranite Pylons

In Wuling, Relay Towers and Electric Pylons can be crafted using Xiranite. These structures are highly convenient since they do not require manual wiring, and fewer installations are needed as placement is determined by straight-line distance.
Build a Sustainable Wuling Farm
Wuling crops can only be planted and produced in the Wuling region, including rare crops cultivated in plots.
Supply Water to the Planting Unit
To continuously cultivate common Wuling plants such as Yazhen and Jincao, you need to supply water to the Planting Unit. When setting up a production line for Base Trading items, it’s best to place the Planting Unit close to a Fluid Pump to ensure a steady water supply.
Water Automate Wuling Plots
Wuling food and recovery items, such as Yazhen Syringe and Jincao Drink, require rare Wuling plants, including Thorny Yazhen, Redjade Ginseng, Fluffed Jincao, and Amber Rice, which are manually cultivated at the Wuling Eco-Farm. In addition to manual germination and harvesting, watering can be automated.

Craft Outpost Trading Items
After advancing the Main Missions and installing the Sub-PAC in Jingyu Valley, you can begin Outpost Trading in Wuling. This is a valuable way to earn Wuling Stock Bills, so be sure to set up a production line for recovery items like Yazhen Syringe [C] and Jincao Drink.
Expand Your AIC Area
Once you have enough Stock Bills, prioritize expanding the AIC Area. Specifically, unlocking the "Depot Bus" allows you to place Depot Unloaders anywhere, greatly increasing the flexibility of your Logistics Connections.
How to Earn and Use Wuling Stock Bills
Expand via the AIC Steward
You can expand the area and unlock the Depot Bus by speaking with the AIC Steward located near the Core AIC Area.
