Which Gacha Should You Pull?
Prioritize Laevatain's Banner

If you are not sure which character to pull for, it's generally recommended to aim for Laevatain in her banner. She's a strong character specializing in AoE attacks that can be useful across different situations especially during early game.
Use Permits, Not Stones for Basic Headhunting

You can collect Permits to pull for the Basic Headhunting banner by simply playing through the game. It is recommended to use your Permits for basic Headhunting, while saving your Oroberyl for Chartered Headhunting
Pull Weapons Through Character Banners

Besides Oroberyl, you can pull on the weapon banner with Arsenal Permits. You can get these from pulling on the character gacha. Use the Arsenal Permits first, then use Oroberyl once you have run out of them.
