How to Trigger Arts Reactions
Arts Infliction for Arts Reactions

To trigger an Arts Reaction, two different types of Originium Arts must be combined. First, apply one type to place the enemy in an Arts Infliction state.
How to Trigger Arts Burst
| Arts Infliction 1 | Arts Infliction 2 | Arts Burst |
Heat | Heat | Heat Burst |
Electric | Electric | Electric Burst |
Cryo | Cryo | Cryo Burst |
Nature | Nature | Nature Burst |
A single Arts Infliction has no effect, but an Arts Burst is triggered when the same Originium Arts is applied to an enemy two or more times. When triggered, the Arts Burst deals Arts DMG of that type and increases the Arts Infliction by one stack.
Arts Infliction Stack Benefits

Arts Infliction can stack up to a maximum of four times, and higher stack levels increase the effectiveness of Arts Bursts and Arts Reactions. Since it both deals damage and amplifies Arts Reaction effects, actively building stacks is recommended.

An Arts Reaction is triggered by applying a different type of Arts Infliction to an enemy that already has one applied. The resulting Arts Reaction is determined by the most recently inflicted Originium Arts, and various additional effects can be obtained.
Arts Reactions Uses All Infliction Stacks

When an Arts Reaction is triggered, all existing Arts Infliction stacks are consumed. To trigger another Arts Reaction, Arts Infliction must be rebuilt from the first stack.
How to Trigger Physical Statuses
Types and Triggers of Physical Statuses

There are four types of Physical Statuses: Lift, Knock Down, Crush, and Breach. Each applies the "Vulnerable" state to enemies, enabling additional effects to be triggered against them.
How to Apply the Vulnerable State

When a Physical Status is applied to an enemy for the first time, the effect does not activate immediately; instead, the enemy enters the "Vulnerable" state. Vulnerable functions similarly to Arts Infliction in Arts Reactions, and it can stack up to four times.
Additional Physical Status Effects
| Type | Vulnerable State | Effect |
Lift | Stacked Once | Enemy is unable to move for a period of time. Duration increases based on the Vulnerable state. |
Knock Down | Stacked Once | Enemy is unable to move for a period of time. Duration increases based on the Vulnerable state. |
Crush | Consumes All | Massive DMG based on the Vulnerable state. |
Breach | Consumes All | Increases Physical DMG taken by the enemy based on the Vulnerable state. |
Triggering a Physical Status on an enemy already in a Vulnerable state can immobilize the target or deal massive damage. Crush and Breach consume the Vulnerable state, so the Vulnerable state must be reapplied before they can be used again.
Arts and Physical Effects Coexist

Arts Infliction and Vulnerable are independent of each other, allowing you to pursue both Arts Reactions and Physical Statuses within a single Team Composition. Effectively leveraging both status types provides a significant advantage in combat.
What are Originium Arts?
A System Similar to Elements

Originium Arts is a system that is equivalent to "Elements". There are five types of Originium Arts: Physical, Heat, Electric, Cryo, and Nature. By hitting an enemy with an attack that has an Arts Infliction effect, you can inflict the corresponding Originium Arts on them.
Weaknesses Vary by Enemy (Jump to)
Arts Infliction Requires Specific Skills

Arts Infliction cannot be applied by any skills. It is only applied by skills that explicitly state it in their descriptions, such as certain Battle Skills and Combo Skills. Always check individual skill descriptions to confirm whether they apply Arts Infliction.
