- Talk to Rossi South of the Mining Area Clinic
- Scan the Power Plateau to Track the Signal Tag

Talk to Rossi South of the Mining Area Clinic
Rossi will ask for your help in finding Wulfgard, who has become unreachable. During this dialogue, you will be briefed on Wulfgard's tracking tag and his last known location.
Scan the Power Plateau to Track the Signal Tag
Travel to the objective marker in the Power Plateau. Use your scanner at the target location to reveal a red trail connecting to Wulfgard's tag. Follow this red line to proceed.
10 Minute Feature Lockout
Upon reaching the target, a warning pop-up will appear. Be aware that system functions and party formation will be restricted temporarily, so ensure you have enough time set aside to complete this section.
Locate and Accompany Wulfgard
Follow the red trail to its end to find Wulfgard and trigger a cutscene. The Endministrator will join forces with Wulfgard, who is hunting a "traitor" to uncover the truth behind the death of his best friend, Tommaso.
Defeat the Enemies and Track the Originium Arts Traces
Follow the quest guide and defeat the enemies in your path. These hostiles leave behind unique Originium Arts; use your scanner to reveal a yellow trail and follow it deeper into the area.
Meet Giovanni
While tracking the Arts traces, you will engage in combat and eventually meet Giovanni, who claims to be on a mission with Wulfgard. After the dialogue shifts to a new location, you will head toward the Bonekrusher base, where the supposedly deceased Tommaso is rumored to be.
Restrictions Lifted
Once the sequence of conversations with Giovanni and Wulfgard concludes, the restrictions on system functions and party setup will be removed.
Gather Information in Valley Pass
Acting on Giovanni's intel, head to Valley Pass, the suspected location of the Bonekrusher base. Investigate the area by questioning the UWST Crew Mate. You will learn that UWST Crew Mate have been disappearing in incidents linked to the nearby base.
Search for the Missing UWST Crew Mate
To locate the missing personnel, use your scanner to track their footprints. Following the trail leads to the missing staff member, who provides crucial details about the Bonekrusher base and Giovanni.
Meet Giovanni and Infiltrate the Base
Meet up with Giovanni. After a brief conversation, proceed to the underground entrance of the Bonekrusher base.
20 Minute Exploration Lock
Upon entering the underground base, you will be unable to return to the surface until the final boss is defeated. Exploration and combat will continue for about 20 minutes.
Solve the Gate Passcode Puzzle
To unlock the gate midway through the base, you must activate the levers in a specific sequence. A hint can be found to the right of the mechanism. The correct order is: Night → Target → Escape → Foot-rest → Fire.
Where to Find the Gate Passcode Hint
Walk into the smoke-filled area to the right of the levers to discover the clue. The lever order corresponds from left to right.
Defeat the Final Boss
Follow the navigation guide to the depths of the base. A final battle awaits you at the end.
Return to the Hub Base and Talk to Wulfgard
After defeating the boss, talk to Wulfgard to exit the base. Once you are out, speak to Wulfgard again at the Hub Base to officially complete the event.
Lone Wolf Final Boss Strategy
Key Strategy: Conserve Your Health
This boss battle has two phases. Since you cannot heal in between, try to preserve as much HP as possible during the first phase to make the second half easier to clear.
Phase 1: Defeat the Minions First
When the battle starts, four minions will spawn alongside the boss. It is dangerous to have them attacking from your blind spots while you focus on the main boss, so take them out immediately.
Watch Out for the Boss While Attacking Minions
The boss will still target you even while you deal with the minions. Be especially careful of the attack where it brandishes its weapon and leaps at you; it has fast movement speed and is difficult to dodge, so keep your camera focused.
Phase 2: Attack Pattern Changes
Once you deplete the boss's health in Phase 1, a cutscene will trigger the start of Phase 2. The boss's attack patterns will change, introducing new moves that are much harder to dodge.
Spinning Double-Strike Is Dangerous
When the boss swings its weapon in a spinning motion, it is a double-strike. Do not let your guard down after dodging the first swing. Watch for the follow-up motion and be ready to dodge the second hit as well.
Dodge the Rock Throw by Keeping Distance
The rock throw attack scatters multiple stones over a wide area. It has a wide effect radius, making it difficult to aim for a Perfect Dodge. It is much safer to back away and get out of range rather than trying to dodge through it.
