Latest Update on February 5

The latest update for Endfield went live on Feb 5, 2026. Players have received a Designation Selection Permit, and several game features have been adjusted to improve the experience.

Missions- Receive 1x Designation Selection Permit after completing the Main Mission "Break the Siege."
Exploration- Exploration Level 6 enemies reduced from Lv. 60 to Lv. 55
- Exploration Level 7 enemies reduced from Lv. 70 to Lv. 60
Character Training- Obtain Ferrium Components at Authority Level 16/17/18
- Obtain Cryston Components at Authority Level 28/29/30
Automated Industry Complex (AIC)
System
- Added a batch ON/OFF function for selected facilities in Top View mode.
Map- Enemy placement adjusted near specific TP Points, rare material sites, and mining spots.
Other- Difficulty adjusted for certain Percussive Devices.

Following the Feb 5 update, you can now earn a Designation Selection Permit to choose a 6-Star character simply by progressing through the main story. They have also tweaked exploration, character training, and AIC management to make gameplay smoother.

Clear the Main Mission Chapter 1 Process I "Break the Siege" to receive one Designation Selection Permit. This item lets you pick a specific 6-Star character. Use it to fill a gap in your roster or grab a duplicate to boost the Potential of a current squad member.

Tip!The Designation Selection Permit does not expire. There is no need to rush! Take your time to decide which operator best fits your team composition.

Lower Enemy Levels

Enemy levels for Exploration Level 5 and 6 have been reduced, but there are no changes to their drop items. This adjustment allows for a smoother progression experience while exploring these zones.

You can now earn Gear Components directly by reaching specific Authority Levels. Since you can acquire these materials without relying on the Automated Industry Complex (AIC), you can craft and use high-quality Gear much earlier in the game.

New Batch ON/OFF Function for Facilities

How to Batch ON/OFF Facilities
  1. Switch to Top View.
  2. Select Batch Select Mode from the Toolbox.
  3. Select the Facilities you want to toggle ON/OFF.
  4. Use "Switch facility ON/OFF" to toggle them all at once.

A function to toggle the ON/OFF state of Facilities in batches within the Automated Industry Complex (AIC). This is incredibly useful for shutting down multiple Facilities simultaneously to manage power shortages.

The Chartered Headhunting and Arsenal Issue banners will rotate on February 7 and February 24, bringing new featured characters and weapons. The Stamp System and Combat Drills will update alongside the Chartered Headhunting banner, while the Arsenal Issue will run concurrently.

- Added a medal reward for completing simulations.
Interactions & Quality of Life- Smoother experience when accepting new missions.
- Added tips for missions that unlock new map areas.
- Optimized Mail Cache.
- Reduced the frequency of red notification dots.
- Improved item count display for Rare Material spots.
- Enhanced controller responsiveness.
- Added custom button mapping settings.
- Added a quick-claim function for Recycling Station resources.
Dijiang System- Added quick-claim function for produced/crafted items.
- Added an auto-adjustment function for production/crafting queues.
Combat- Clearer visual cues for enemy attacks.
- Better behavior for squad members picking up items.
- Improved feedback on squad movement, following routes, and collision.
- Improved logic for disengaging from combat.

These quality-of-life improvements and feature updates are currently in development for future patches.
