You can easily raise your Operator's Trust by assigning them to the Control Nexus inside the Dijiang ship. However, giving gifts is much faster to raise their Trust levels, so make sure to give your Operators the appropriate gifts to increase their Trust.

Give Gifts to Operators At Dijiang

At the Dijiang, characters you own may be walking around the ship, and you can talk to them to give them Operator Gifts. Giving an Operator a gift significantly increases their Trust, so you can increase it efficiently by giving Operator Gifts daily to characters whose Trust you want to raise.
