A River Restless in Still Winds Walkthrough Chart
Go to Qingbo Bailey and Look for Tangtang
Teleport at Sky King Flats and follow the location marker to Qingbo Bailey. Talk to He Lao when you arrive and he'll point you toward where Tangtang might be, or at least what she's been up to since the events at the Ancestral Spring.
Snoop Around for Tangtang's Whereabouts
Poke around the base. There are notes to read and NPCs to eavesdrop on. which can give you a clue to Tangtang's whereabouts.
Go Near the Waterwheel
Follow the marker outside the base leading to the waterwheel. Tangtang is there and she's still clearly heartbroken about Ruan Yi's demise.
Defeat Ruan Yi's Loyalists
After the cutscene, a group of Ruan Yi's remnant soldiers attacks. They're holding onto a cause that's already lost. Defeat all of them to finish the mission and move forward to the next quest.
