Twas One River That Gave Us Drink Walkthrough Chart
Go to Fangxing Avenue
You start the mission in Wuling City after a message from Tangtang. Head up the stairs to Fangxing Avenue to find her. She's in the middle of an argument with a kid that she's trying to swindle over a Chubby Lung balloon. You step in and buy her the balloon instead.
Get Some Food for Tangtang
Head to Da Pan's hot pot restaurant nearby. Tangtang gets really excited at the spicy food but won't be able to handle the heat. She blames Mi Fu who recommended the restaurant and she'll also reveal that she's here to see Zhuang Fangyi.
Go to the Main Pillar Office
You'll be transported directly outside the Main Pillar Office to accompany Tangtang for the meeting. She makes her case to Zhuang Fangyi. An alliance with the stockaders and a promise to keep the peace between Qingbo Stockade and Wuling City. Zhuang Fangyi agrees and offers aid to the Stockade as well. It's more than Tangtang probably expected to walk out with.
Escort Tangtang Back to Qingbo Stockade
Walk alongside Tangtang on the road back to Qingbo Stockade. Once you arrive, you extend an invitation for her to join the Endfield faction. She accepts, not out of obligation, but because she's still looking for answers, and this seems like a place where she might find some. That's the end of The Long Feud.

Twas One River That Gave Us Drink is the final main story mission currently available in Chapter 2, Process 3 - The Long Feud. Tangtang is now a member of the Endfield faction.
