What is the Sanity Discount Event?

During the Sanity Discount Event, players will get a 40-point Sanity reduction when claiming rewards for certain stages, such as Protocol Space and Energy Alluviums. This can be done up to three times per day.

During of the event, players are required to consume less Sanity when claiming a reward by 40 points. This makes farming for materials more efficient since you can receive the regular amount of materials for less Sanity.
Easier Farming for Upgrade Materials
Sanity is essential when it comes to farming for materials needed to upgrade and strengthen your characters. With the sanity cost reduced in Protocol Spaces, it makes it easier to farm for such materials.

Can be Done Up to 3 Times a Day
The Sanity discount can be used up to 3 times per day. This resets every day at 4:00AM server time.
Make sure to use up all of your discounts for the day as they do not stack and will expire each day.
Cannot Be Used with Sanity Usage Permits
While you still have Sanity Discounts, you cannot use Sanity Usage Permits when claiming a stage reward. Additionally, you cannot use all your discounts in a single run. Each discount must be used one at a time.
Best Ways to Farm Materials
Farming T-Creds Should be Top Priority
T-Creds are required for almost every aspect of upgrading and strengthening characters. If you're not sure what to farm, T-Creds are a safe choice since you always need them.
Check Rewards for EXP Materials
Your second priority should be EXP materials. Since there are multiple types of them depending on the level of your character, make sure you are farming for the right one.
Farm the Protocol Space
Although the Sanity cost is discounted, the rewards you get will stay the same. Prioritize the materials you need for the characters you are currently using.
