Centiskorch's 3 abilities are all viable in different situations. Flash Fire is useful for switching into fire-type moves, while White Smoke prevents you from having your stats lowered. Flame Body is also a possible option, as there are many contact-move using Pokemon in the current meta.

Lay Stealth Rocks

Since Centiskorch is 4x weak to rock, it will take 50% HP damage when switching into a field with Stealth Rock up. This is massive and will allow almost any move to take it out! Watch out for Sitrus Berry users, however.
