How To Raise Kubfu's Friendship
Find Mustard's Students & Look At A Great View
Open your map and visit areas marked with "!". You will be able to meet Mustard's students in yellow uniform standing near the great views. By talking to them, you can increase the friendship of Kubfu easily.

You Don't Have To Visit All Locations
There are total 4 great view spots but you don't have to visit all of them. Talk to Kubfu in Pokemon Camp and check its hearts. If it has more than 3, you're done and can go ahead and talk to Mustard to proceed.
Camp Together To Increase Friendship
