The type of Pokeball that the egg and the eventual Pokemon that will hatch from it are often taken from the female Pokemon parent. This is only different when both Pokemon are the same specie which will then be randomized.

In case of breeding using a Ditto, the egg will get the same Pokeball as the Pokemon partnered with Ditto. This is the same no matter the gender of the partner Pokemon. This also applied to Pokemon without gender.
