Where To Start The Alolan Diglett Quest
In front of the bridge heading toward the Isle of Armor Dojo, an Alolan Diglett will spawn and trigger a short event. The man who appears will task you with finding all 150 Diglett scattered around the Isle of Armor. You can progress through the story here without finding these, but they provide bonus rewards depending on the number of Digletts found.
