Hammerlocke's Gym Leader, Raihan will not stick to a single Pokemon type. In order to get the upper hand in battle, it would be best to have a diverse team of Pokemon with different types!
Choose Pokemon that Synergizes in Double Battle
Beating Raihan requires a more complicated strategy due to being a double battle. You'll need Pokemon that can buff each other & do moves that can hit multiple enemies at a time.

Dynamax Only Against Duraludon
Rihan's trump card, Duraludon excels in both power and defense. Use your own Dynamax to counter them when in battle. Choose a Pokemon with any of its weaknesses to quickly take it out.
Dynamax Lasts for 3 Turns
If in case you are in lack of Dynamite Pokemon to counter, try swapping your Pokemon to tank the damage while the 3 turns of Dynamax runs out.
